*About me
*Designer, builder, occasional chef and lifetime learner.
I've led design for cross-functional teams at ServiceNow, and startups like Scopely, Machine Zone, Zynga, and Fyber. My work runs from early-stage zero-to-one products to delivery at scale.
As a player-coach designer, I specialize in moving teams through the ambiguity to launch products and experiences that matter. I am hands-on in the end-to-end design and delivery phases, prototyping in Figma, Claude, and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate every phase and bring a north star into focus.
At ServiceNow I designed a zero-to-one Sales Hub serving 2,000+ sales reps, lifting CSAT by 35% as part of a platform team recognized with a Nielsen Norman Group Design Award. Across past roles I've led design teams and owned UX end to end. At Fyber, I led the brand transformation and customer experience that supported a $190M acquisition. At Zynga, I shipped features to 7-8 million daily active users.
What drives me is the intersection of strategy, craft, and emerging tech. Equally at home in a stakeholder alignment meeting or heads-down prototyping, I care about building things that are intuitive, intentional, and worth using, working closely with stakeholders to turn business goals into products that connect with users.
I believe innovative product design begins with listening, connecting user needs with product opportunities to bring a shared vision into focus.
Right now I'm energized by the new frontier of AI-enhanced experiences. It's collapsing the distance between an idea and a working prototype, making design the competitive advantage that separates good products from forgettable ones. That's the problem I want to point myself at next, doing the work I love most.
