Satori Chat App
As UX/UI designer, I helped define the user journey, establish the visual style, and create an engaging experience featuring real-time data chat bots. Worked in close collaboration with PMs through strategy, research, wireframes, and implementation.
Business Goal
Build a chat app leveraging Machine Zone's real-time technology to support Satori — providing sophisticated turnkey app solutions for developers and enterprises.
My Role
• Lead UI/UX and design development
• Work in close collaboration with Product managers to define user journey
• Drive all phases of the design process—strategy, research, concepts, design, and implementation
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design solutions
• Develop specs and documentation
• Evolve and establish visual design system
• Collaborate with engineering to break through technical barriers
• Test and work with partner teams to iterate
Process
Working in partnership with product managers the first step was to help define project goals and the user journey then dive into research, ideation and wireframes.
Product Results
Once the visual style was established and approved I worked closely with engineering to bridge technical barriers as they came up in the development process. This was a fast-paced design-build cycle and included several iterations to refine and meet the project's goals. The final product was launched successfully and met with very positive reviews from our audience.
